Despite the fact that the Brexit contract that has been signed at 25 November in Brussels, meaning it has become definite that the UK is leaving the EU, we all need to prepare ourselves. Within the no deal scenario ( which is still possible when UK Government does not agree ) the so called 'hard Brexit' will become applicable meaning that the UK will leave the EU at 29 th March 2019. If both the UK and the EU are able to make a deal, a transition period will apply, however the consequences will remain the same as far as customs documents is concerned and other relevant items that will become applicable for countries that are outside of the EU.
