A2B-online starts collaboration with Kuijpers Group
28 October 2025 – Last week, Jaco van Eijk (A2B-online Equipment B.V.) and Marc Stormbroek (Transport Planner A2B-online Container B.V.) visited Kuijpers Group in Rotterdam. The reason: the delivery and commissioning of fifteen chassis supplied by Kuijpers to A2B-online.
Warm welcome
Ron de Dreu (Operational Director) and Marc van Wezenberg (Commercial / Operational) welcomed them, and under the watchful eye of the four men, one chassis after another was collected in a short time to start transporting the first containers for A2B-online’s customers.
About these “45ft only” chassis
This is the first time A2B-online has opted for chassis that are only suitable for transporting 45ft containers. Jaco:
“We don’t have 20ft or 40ft containers, so there’s no need for us to choose chassis with options we won’t use anyway. By choosing ‘45ft only’, we now have straightforward units that are simpler and more user-friendly, less maintenance- and damage-sensitive, and also lighter, which results in a higher payload.”
About this partnership
- “We like to work with our suppliers as partners, including when it comes to our assets. Kuijpers is such a supplier: proactive, flexible, and with a long-term vision. Because there were already connections from a different capacity, it felt right immediately and we were able to move quickly. We are happy with this collaboration!”
Jaco van Eijk - “We can switch quickly; if we don’t have it, then we buy it!”
Ron de Dreu - “If it feels right, we’re happy to seal the deal quickly. What it’s about doesn’t really matter then.”
