Working proactively with the Customer Portal
You can create and update bookings yourself, or attach documents to a booking.
CMR / POD
For our carriers, the Customer Portal serves as the gateway for uploading the POD and reviewing and accepting Driver Orders. As a result, the signed delivery note becomes available to our customers in no time.
Invoice
Is a booking completed? Then you can request and view your invoice via the customer portal.
CMR / POD
The Dutch Road Transport of Goods Act governs domestic transport. The rules for international transport are set out in the CMR Convention, which stands for “Convention relative au Contrat de Transport International de Marchandises par Route.” The international consignment note is therefore also known as the CMR.
POD stands for Proof of Delivery. This document is a crucial record provided by the freight carrier to the recipient. It serves as a receipt confirming that the shipment has arrived at its destination.
